
ODBM Consultants Conducts Five-Day Training to Enhance Municipal Service Delivery
Strengthening Water and Sanitation Services through Institutional Capacity Building
Lahore, Pakistan – A comprehensive five-day training program on Improving Municipal Service Delivery was successfully conducted by ODBM Consultants from January 20 to 24, 2025 at Nine Tree Hotel, Lahore. This initiative aimed to equip municipal staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance institutional management, improve operational performance, and optimize existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for superior service delivery standards.
Objective of the Training Program:
The primary goal of this training was to strengthen the capacity of water and sanitation service providers, ensuring sustainable urban development through improved municipal services. Key focus areas included:
