The assignment provided PEC with an integrated roadmap for institutional strengthening and future growth. By aligning its vision, functions, organizational structure, staffing, infrastructure, financial arrangements and business-development priorities, the work established a clear basis for strengthening the institution’s overall performance. The resulting plan supports clearer institutional direction, stronger internal capability, more efficient use of resources and better alignment between PEC’s mandate and operating model. It also provides a structured foundation for PEC to expand its institutional role, strengthen assessment functions and contribute more effectively to education-sector performance in Punjab.
